Hannah’s Obituary

We’re working on the details for Hannah’s Celebration. Hoping to plan something for 4/7 in the late afternoon in Seattle (we want to have a celebration that includes all of our friends, family and children – now is a time to hold our children even closer!). Please save the date and we’ll let you know about the details.

Attached is the formal obituary. We love, love, love our sweet Hannah and miss her terribly.   Hannah Vail McNutt Obituary FINAL

We set up a memorial fund at USBank in honor of Hannah.  Donations can also be made online by clicking the below button.  The funds will be used to support organizations that helped our family, and we plan to create places to rest and view the Puget Sound on Bainbridge and Seattle in honor of Hannah.  We hope to have benches on either side of the water.

Your photo and words are as beautiful as Hannah. We are missing her and grieving for you. We will be gone on April 7 but the boys would like to play with Wes and we would like to share dinner with you when the time is right. We are thinking of you and I think the idea of 2 benches looking out over the water toward each other where she lived her short sweet life is a lovely tribute.

    Dear Allyson and Greg

I can’t imagine the range of emotions you guys have felt. I admire the strength you have shown in dealing with the pain.

One thing for sure, your life’s will never be the same again. The precious time you did have with Hannah will certainly change your outlook on life. It’s very difficult to understand why things like this happen. But, in some ways, your life’s will be enhanced due to this experience. I think things like this can lead us to have a much deeper appreciation for life and the plethora of things we have to be thankful for.

I look forward to being with you guys soon, and being part of Hannah’s celebration of life. I’m drowning in my tears as I type. I’m sure it won’t be the last time.

I love you guys, and wish you continued strength going forward.

    Karl
